How to become one of the best in anything is our focus in this interactive workshop.
Participants are introduced to the skill of juggling to engage their spirits, their minds
and their bodies. Keeping this new skill in mind they are asked to reflect on what it
might take to become one of the best. This is then the jumping off point to focus in on
individual gifts, skills, and talents. Finding those talents and then following their
own advice students see how they can become One of the Best!
I Can't YET! is about turning failure
into success. This show is a slapstick look at learning. Mistakes are not permanent!
This is an audience participation show that teaches goal setting, learning step
by step, and challenging yourself to do amazing things. Ted uses the
skills of manipulation and balancing to bring these concepts to life. I Can't Yet has been performed
at the Strong Children's Museum, Trinity Montessori in East Rochester, NY and Creative Themes Summer Camp.
The show is appropriate for ages 3 to 103.
Boomerangs are a fun and easy sport, craft, art, and science that anyone can do. Boomerangs are not
just the wooden two wing type we typically think of, they come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. They can be for indoor (safe foam)
or outdoor use and can travel from a few feet to the length of a football field and more. Depending on your
goals Ted will customize a program to meet your needs. Indoor or outdoor (weather dependent) we can teach children as young as 5 to
successfully throw and catch boomerangs. Boomerangs are also suprisingly easy to make from cardboard and wood. Making and throwing your
own boomerang is a great way for children to learn about flight and gain self confidence. The boomerang program has been a part
of the Creative Themes Day Camp program since 2009.
Ages 5 and up.

"Very professional, fast moving, no wasted time. They were completely under his control, he was the best, most entertaining, creative juggling act I've ever seen! He was able to span the age range and hold their interest. It was great!" Howard A. Barry: Auditor Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council.
