Thank you for so much for speaking at the 2009 HRATT conference. Both the keynote and breakout
received rave reviews with over 85% of participants rating the program outstanding.
- Stacie L VanSkiver, Director, Humhan Resources Oclaro (Horseheads, NY) and Program Chair for 2009 HRATT Conference
Thanks for the book (Little Blue Penguins). When I started to read it I remembered why I liked your approach.
I like the way that the principle is introduced and then the "student" is asked questions and is responsible
for the solution rather than the teacher. The teacher can help but the best solutions always come from the "student."
Thanks for reminding me about something I already knew.

We recently sent 10 of our Supervisors / Group Leaders to the course "Supervising For Success"
offered by Cornell University and taught by Dr. Ted Baumhauer. The response was overwhelming!
Our employees were very excited about the material, its relevance to their daily work, and the
presentation methods of Dr. Baumhauer. Believe it or not, they even expressed disappointment
that they had to wait a week for the next class! Thank you Cornell and Dr. Ted for a great
job!!
- Jean Steinmetz, Employee Development Manager, Liberty Precision.
This was the absolutely BEST workshop I have
attended in the 28 years of being in my profession! Dr. Ted is an incredible presenter and I have truly
enjoyed every minute of the 3 day workshop! Best workshop ever - time for introspection and for moving forward.
I was very impressed by how much I learned alone and as a group participant. The Star Activity really drove home
how much we accomplished. Well done!

- Karen Mischler, Rochester Business Alliance.
We don't have to go to New York City to get a trainer of this caliber.
- Frank Fahey, Champlain Cable Inc.
Ted brings many years of relevant experience to his training, and the
capacity to communicate what he has learned, an ability all too often
lacking.
- Dennis McDonough, Attitude & Response Management Systems.
Upbeat attitude, good pacing, good information, and a
chance to practice what was learned.
